We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session. Also when you're ready to book, we will send you an electronic contract to sign and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm and reserve your date.
Can we choose the location for our video shoot?

Can I split the hours between different parts of the event, and is there a charge for time between filming?
Yes, you can split the hours between different parts of the event, We won't be charged for any time spent between filming, like breaks or transitions between event segments. Essentially, you only pay for the actual filming time, not the gaps in between.
How long will it take to receive the final edited video?
We understand the excitement of seeing your final video. Our editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks depeding on the workflow. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to create exceptional videos that exceed your expectations. What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your videos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

We understand how important music is in creating the right mood and tone for your video. However, due to copyright laws, we do not allow clients to provide or request unlicensed commercial music. As professional videographers, we are committed to delivering work that is 100% copyright-compliant.
We use licensed music from trusted libraries, and every song included in your video will be fully cleared and legal for use, protecting both you and us from potential copyright claims.
Why can’t you use our favorite song?
Most commercial songs require expensive licenses (often thousands of dollars) for use in videos, especially those shared online. Using copyrighted music without proper permission can lead to takedown notices, muted videos, or even legal issues.
To avoid these risks, we use royalty-free music and licensed tracks. This allows us to safely publish and deliver your video without any restrictions.
